We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab setup. If your new chair or desk isn’t the perfect fit, you can initiate a return within 49 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your product is within the 49-day return window and remains in like-new condition with all original packaging and components intact.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Help Center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack Your Item

  Disassemble your product carefully and pack it back into its original Secretlab box to prevent damage during transit; please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
